Sample Reviews

The private review is written, structured, and free. Before you apply, you can see what one looks like.

The three cases below are hypothetical. The people and situations are invented so that the reasoning can be shown in full without borrowing anyone’s private material. They are not case studies and they claim no outcome. What they show is the method: what gets treated as established, what gets treated as unknown, which explanations are kept in play, what would tell them apart, and how the recommendation changes depending on the answer.

If the reasoning holds up under your inspection, the review you receive will be built the same way. If it does not, you have lost nothing but a few minutes’ reading.

01 “I’ve researched the decision for weeks. Why am I still stuck?” A full-length review of a hypothetical career decision: a startup offer against a probable promotion, seven weeks of research, and a leaning that flips with every new conversation. Five explanations, the questions that separate them, and a one-week plan with a stopping rule. About 2,300 words. 02 “One piece of criticism makes me question everything I’m doing.” A shorter review of a hypothetical studio owner whose one-line client comment turns into a ten-day audit of his whole practice. Includes the case that the criticism was right, and what to do with it. About 1,300 words. 03 “I keep reopening decisions I already made.” A shorter review of a hypothetical operations lead who has reopened a settled hiring decision four times in six weeks, reaching the same conclusion each time. Includes the case that reopening is sometimes correct, and how to tell. About 1,450 words.
